FACTS AND QUESTIONS:
Ready To Ship (RTS) - Are tumblers that are already made. They will come as they are shown in the pictures. Personalization's are allowed just keep in mind this will extend the processing time by a week. They will be shipped within 3 business days. They most likely will not be replaced so be sure to get them before they are gone!
Made To Order (MTO) - Are tumblers that have been previously made and can be remade. Turnaround time will start once order is placed. These tumblers are made to replicate the original so there might be a few minor differences.
Custom Order - Are tumblers that the customer has the ability to customize & design.
Turn Around Time - Current processing time for
Ready to Ship (RTS) Items are 1-3 business days.
Made to order & Custom orders are 4-6 weeks
This is NOT including weekends and holidays. Please note this is not the shipping time. This is the time allotted to prepare the product to be shipped out. Please be aware that once your package leaves my hands, I have no control over any delays or other inquiries with USPS.

Tumbler Care:
- NOT DISHWASHER SAFE
- HANDWASH ONLY
- DO NOT MICROWAVE
- DO NOT LEAVE IN HOT CAR
- DO NOT SOAK
- Tumbler is coated with an FDA compliant epoxy which gives it a smooth glass like finish
- Be careful dropping tumbler because epoxy finish might crack or break
**DISCLAIMER**
Each tumbler is handmade, so no cup is EXACTLY the same! Due to the handmade nature of these tumblers, minor imperfections are sometimes unavoidable. I make every effort to ensure that your cup is perfect before presenting it to you. The item you see pictured is to visualize what this item will look like once it is finished. Any non-glittered items are not guaranteed to be glitter-free due to glitter being an almost impossible thing to get rid of.
POLICIES:
Shipping - We are not responsible for incorrect addresses being given at time of checkout. If a package is late/lost, contact USPS via email. They should respond within a few days with the full status of your package. I have no control over delays with USPS once the package leaves my hands. Once a label is created you will receive an email with a tracking number, please allow 24 hours for the tracking to update. If you have any questions, please email us at artsyrosecreations@gmail.com and include your order number in the subject line.
Return Policy - All sales are final. No returns or cancellations are accepted. If there is a problem with your order, you have 24 hours after delivery to contact me for resolution. Problems that qualify for remake are damages during transit resulting in cracks or broken/damaged cup. Images will need to be shown.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
By purchasing products you are agreeing to:
- Once your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to message me with any changes you would like to make. After that no changes can be made to reduce the risk of not getting something correct. It also makes the process take longer.
- I do not send daily/regular order updates. Please do not inquire about your order through social media. For a prompt response, I kindly ask that you contact us at artsyrosecreations@gmail.com.
- Because these items are custom & handmade, I do not accept cancellations, returns, refunds or exchanges.
